Please follow these steps to ensure the longevity of your bag:

• Please do not overfill the bag. This bag is designed to hold small essentials, such as your phone, wallet, cigarettes, and other compact items like lipstick or eyeliner. Whenever possible, choose flat items to keep inside the bag to help maintain its shape and longevity. Storing a bottle inside the bag is strictly prohibited. Please ensure that both the front and back panels remain flat at all times.
• The bag should occasionally be treated with leather conditioner to prevent it from drying out. You can also touch up the color if it starts to fade, just as you would with your Dr. Martens, New Rock, or other leather boots.
• All metal details are made of stainless steel and can be worn in the rain. The only exception is the Cycles of the Dollitta World bag; its rings should be cleaned occasionally using Brasso products.

All bags come with a 1.5-year warranty. During this period, I will repair any issues free of charge. The only exceptions are cases where the bag has not been used as intended, meaning visible damage on the panels—such as stretched areas or loosened stitching caused by overpacking.

After the 1.5-year warranty, I still repair the bags for a fee, which will depend on the extent of the damage. Shipping costs are always the responsibility of the buyer.

CHAINMAIL PRODUCTS

These rules apply to every chainmail product you can find on the website, including necklaces, belts, bras, and full sets.

Please follow these steps to ensure the longevity of your chainmail products:

• Chainmail pieces should never be stored hanging. They must be kept lying flat, such as in a drawer or on a shelf. Hanging chainmail shortens its lifespan, as the screws and the weight of the design can cause the piece to stretch out or deform over time.
• Chainmail products should be stored flat in their natural shape, as they would sit on the body, and should never be rolled, twisted, tangled, or knotted.
• All pieces are made from stainless steel, hypoallergenic, and require no cleaning.
